The collection of bio-waste is having further progress in Portugal!
APEA (Portuguese Association of Environmental Engineering) in collaboration with ECOGESTUS Lda. is organizing an advanced course for selective collection of bio-waste.

On September 16, 2017, ECOGESTUS Lda. Participated in the inauguration of the exhibition "A Era do Lixo Marinho" which will run until March 31, 2018. The exhibition aims to raise awareness among the general population about the current problem of marine waste , in particular plastic waste, which constitutes more than 80% of the waste present in marine ecosystems.
